This was a very nice condo.
Pros:
-Very large. Rooms were large, high ceilings, lots of storage space.
-bathrooms were very nice. Double sink and lots of counter space in primary.
-beds are very comfortable
-end unit so from the balcony you have a beautiful view of the ocean
-lots of parking
-AC units in all rooms
-washer and dryer and they provided detergent and dryer sheets
-lots of beach chairs, an umbrella and cooler to use
-great location. Easy to walk to the shops and drive to great beaches
-pool is close and was nice
-kitchen was well stocked with all you needed to make meals
-quiet
-we had a bit of trouble finding it when we got there but a very nice staff woman drive us there in her golf cart- so friendly and helpful!
Cons
-this could be an off the chart condo but it’s a bid tired. Couch needs to be replaced. It has bars in it that make it very uncomfortable and felt dirty. -Patio furniture is old, pads on chairs don’t fit- just are kinda squished on.
-the AC in the kitchen needs to be cleaned. It leaked and smelled moldy
-blender didn’t work but I reported it so it may be fixed.
-the email we got with check in instructions had the wifi info wrong. We called the number and asked for the password and no one ever called us back. We eventually found the updated info in the bedroom.
-bedrooms are dark. Need overhead light on the fans
Lots of great things about this place but with a few updates, it could be outstanding.
