We loved staying at The Ross! It is located in the perfect spot, easy to walk the town and see all the shops, restaurants and pubs. The beds are extremely comfortable, we slept like babies. Will definitely return!

The national park was directly across the street as well as the horse and buggy rides. The location was so convenient and very walkable and safe at night . Check in and check out were quick and efficient. Everyone was so helpful. It is a very eco friendly hotel with a water filling station on the main level Coffee in our room was great. Room was very clean and quiet with an opening window. Bathroom was spacious and shower hot with lots of water. Bed very comfortable. The people made it even more pleasurable. The reception desk helped with booking a spa service at the plaza hotel next door and it was one of the best massages and facials we’ve ever had. They had a lovely hydrotherapy pool which we enjoyed. Many restaurants nearby We had drinks and apps at the hotel bar and it was delicious. We did the Ring of Kerry from here and it was so convenient to have a home to come back to. Left around 9am and with many stops along the way we were back around 6 pm. Highly recommend The Ross hotel

Please be aware that some hotel rooms may face the church’s cemetery. The staff and quality of hotel was superb! The hotel is within walking distance of the main shops and sightseeing. I felt comfortable walking later in the evening and parking was easily accessed (2 - 3 blocks away).

It's all about location!

Location is excellent! Easy to get to town, shopping, national park, just about everything. Room was clean and comfortable. Amenties were great and hair dryer was provided. All staff members were attentive to our needs and reception provided great directions for our visit.

Location was excellent and staff were very nice. The restaurant was very nice and unique. The restaurant was an exceptional experience. The room had A/C and was very well maintained. The shop had for sale many nice products and artwork. This was an outstanding hotel.

Great get away

Great area to see Killarney. Take a carriage ride through the park with Tommy. Knowledgeable and a dry sense of humor. Would recommend the Celtic Dance show Smaller venue and excellent. The staff was friendly and professional. Room was nice and bathroom was great. Great breakfast downstairs. Great for all ages. Jay C New Jersey

The hotel is a very nice property with a great location. However, there is pretty much no good soundproof between the windows and the busy streets around them. It was a Thursday night and I could not go to bed until about 2 AM because there were people in the back alleys partying and making noise. Don’t stay here if you want a nice night of sleep

The hotel is located adjacent to Brewer's Alley - it literally felt like we were trying to sleep in the middle of a pub. There was a huge streetlight angled right into the room, which we were able to block with black out blinds. The noise didn't die down until 3:00 a.m. We were also lured in by the pink gin bar, which was not open. The food at the restaurant was mediocre. We also had to park across the street.
