“When we got there, they told us that they did not have the room that we had booked, we had specifically asked for the room with the king size bed and a pull out couch and paid more for that room. The guy said that they did not have a room like that, if we had any issues to call Expedia. After 15 minutes he finally figured out that he did have a room like that. We had to ask for bedding for the pull out. The top blanket had old stains on it. The rooms have been updated but the cleanliness is...

“Nice place. Would have been quiet but there were many snowmobiles coming and going and people partying in their rooms with their doors open. Beds weren’t the most comfortable, but they did alright for the two nights we were there. No where when booking did it state there was a $200 deposit required, so that was a bit of a shock. ”

“Really fantastic hotel. It has all the amenities you need. I really appreciated the breakfast selection - it was the best of any hotel breakfast I've had (a full breakfast tortilla bar, lots of healthy protein options both plant and animal based, plus all the standard breakfast options). It's a bit pricy and the parking lot is challenging to find a spot in at times, but I would definitely stay here again. The best hotel I've stayed at in Sudbury.”

The views were spectacular. Cottage was clean and well equipped. Would love to visit again one day - perhaps when there is less snow! “No proper heating, only fan blowing hot air. No heating in bath. Freezing cold floor in pet room for $ 70.- pet charge! Very wobbly chair at desk. Water drains very poorly in sink because there is a toothbrush in it! No surprise if there is no plug in sink. Stains on linen. First night no hot water even after letting it run for six minutes.
