โOur room was not ready when we arrived at 4:20. The person checking us in was very apologetic and offered us a glass of wine, and breakfast. We really appreciated that!โ
โBeautiful! The expedia pictures made it seem older than what it actually is - it's quaint yet updated and clean and comfortable. So pleasantly surprised. Breakfast was simple and delicious. So happy on all accounts!โ
โThe inn was marvelous. The inn keeper and her husband the maintenance man were charming and responsive to our needs and kept the place immaculate. The restaurant was dissapointing. Service was terrible, eggs were over cooked. Toast was slathered in butter (I think it was butter). No salt, pepper or any other condiments were on the table and the waitress was no where to be found so we ate the meal as it was getting cold. We did not go back the next dayโ
โThe owner was very attentive and helpful with all of our requests. He was truly thankful for us staying at the Inn. The Inn was nicely decorated and full of history which was shared throughout. The outside area was inviting with different seating options from couches to tables and chairs to Adirondack chairs under a tree and by the river. There was also a 2 seater swing. This is a historical building and we had to walk up about a dozen steps to our room, which may pose a problem for some. We...
