If you need a cheap place to stay and are not worried about much else, this is your best bet. The good? Beds were comfortable and check in was easy. The bad? The bathroom was unfortunately not clean and the room was icy cold and took several hours to warm up. I reserved a single bed room and was given a different room. I do not expect much from off the highway budget hotels, but I do expect toilets to be clean and to be given the right room.

Great place! Felt bad we woke up the baby when we checked in later. Our friend's room key stopped working in the morning, so he couldn't get back into his room even though it was well before che ckout time. Room was nice and had the SOFTEST sheets and comforter! Outside could use a bit of fixing, but overall a great place to stay!

Was good the first visit

Stopped in Kimball SD which is 1/2 way to Sturgis Rally for us on way there price was good $57.00 Didn't look like much from the outside but rooms were clean and updated. Decent LED TV WiFi and best of all Ditty's Bar and restaurant across the lot. Good bbq, breakfast and friendly service. Came back again 2 weeks later on way home and hotel charged $87.00 asked why he just shrug his shoulders?

Overall decent

Late arrival. Check in was nothing stellar. Room was quiet and comfortable. Tub doesn’t drain quickly and backs up for a shower.

After seeing the room I asked for my money back because I didn't want to stay there, and they said no. Very very unfriendly place, pot smoking in the hallways, cranking music in the halls. Asked then to ask the neighbors to turn it down and they said no. I would like my money back. Had to leave and pay for another place because it was just easy too bad.

This was a 62$ stay on a Saturday night, the cheapest in the area by far. So saying that, if you are looking to save money it’s not bad. The rooms are way better then the parking lot fyi.
