“Very excellent!!”

“I highly recommend Akira Hotel. I had an incredible stay. The room was in pristine condition. The large balcony with a view over the garden and city was a highlight. The restaurant and bar were also excellent. I will return any time I am in Kigali.”

“My stay was really amazing, it was like staying at home, very comfortable, very calm and the environment is peaceful. I loved it. Raïssa was very welcoming and helpful. Perfect place for a family holiday and those traveling for work as well.”

The hotel is very clean, and I especially loved the unique setup of the pool and poolside area—it has a really nice atmosphere. I would definitely recommend Kim Hotel and would happily stay here again.”

This was important as another guest had an argument over the phone... shouting from around 9pm until 2.30am and resuming again at 7am. Asking repeatedly to cease had no effect and the hotel staff failed to intervene. It's a shame really as...
