"This hotel is in need of some TLC. The wall paper was peeling thru out the room, the shower gel was empty, and no daily maid service so it stayed empty, the included breakfast was pretty bad; standard breakfast foods but super cold, kind of rather they had not bothered serving it. Light bulbs were burnt in the room, and the walls were oddly thin between rooms; literally listened to a complete conversation and they were not loud. Not a hotel I would stay again."
"I came from NYC for the Roots Picnic. Unfortunately, the room was not properly cleaned. There were stains all over the bathroom walls, and the housekeeping staff needs to pay more attention to detail. Because of this experience, I don’t think I’ll be returning to this hotel."
Club Quarters Hotel Rittenhouse Square, Philadelphia
2/10 Terrible
"The property was very underwhelming does not look like anything in the pictures. The roads are absolutely disgusting. There was rust and mold in the bathroom. You can tell that it was cleaned and rushed when I lay down in my bed. There was dust all over the headboard all over the side tables. There was dust stuck to the remote absolutely disgusting. I would never sit here again"
"This was my 5th stay at the Loews in Philly and I love it. It’s always my preferred spot. It’s within walking access of landmarks, great food, and entertainment."
The Alloy King of Prussia - a DoubleTree by Hilton
10/10 Excellent
"My wife and I stayed for three nights to attend the Roots Picnic 2026. Our Jr Suite was immaculate and the staff was attentive, accommodating, and professional. I’ll be back!
