"For the price, the rooms are in need of a freshen up. The frame of the window in our room was cracked. The previous guests’ fire still lingered heavily in the air. It wasn’t feel aired out. The view can’t be beat. The lack of technology was welcome."

"We got a room where it was loud heating system. It took 3 hours to allocate us in the new room where the heating did not work. Maintanence guy was telling non sence and not teue things. Receptionist and customer service did a great compensation beyond. I think when you pay 1200$ for a room the new welness are should be available !!!! Lousisa restaurant really jice and very smily waiteresz but some chair needs replacement. "

"Staff were extremely friendly, they even sent a btl of wine to the cabin as a birthday gift...So kind of them... The cabin was very clean...Only reason i gave it an overall 3 stars was because the cabin had an old musty odour i'm assuming dutch is because of the age of the cabins... As well, it's a little bit of a tourist trap, lots of buses and people pulling in to walk the Canyon and I do prefer privacy versus lots of tourists..Hence the 3 stars, but overall rooms were clean. Shower was hot. The staff were very friendly."
