“객실 좋음. 직원이 매우 불친절했음. 체크인할 때 영어를 잘 못알아듣자 매우 짜증내는 것처럼 보임. 룸서비스로 음료 두 종류를 주문했는데, 방으로 음료 하나만 가져다 주면서, 하나는 불가능하다는 말만하고 그 어떤 '미안하다'는 표현을 듣지 못함. 꽤 불쾌했음. 다시 주문하기 번거로워서 주문 안함. 체크아웃할 때 체크인 할 때 불친절했던 직원이 리뷰 잘 남겨달라고 함. 호텔스닷컴 실버 회원 혜택도 제대로 안내받지 못함.”

“숙소는 다소 낡은 느낌이 있긴 했으나, 항상 외출했다 돌아오면 청소가 잘 되어 있었습니다. 그리고 투어의 픽업 장소와 가까워 위치가 매우 좋다 느꼈고, 주변에 음식점과 아이스크림 가게, 츄러스 가게 같은 게 있어 아이가 좋아했습니다. 조식 부페는 매우 훌륭했고, 발렌타인 데이 석식 부페도 좋았습니다. 재방문 의사 있습니다. ”
