The breakfast was brutal. The hallways were disgusting. The room heater was louder then a tractor engine. The jetted tub was louder then a jet engine. The fire place doesn't turn on. There was a vent in the bathroom hanging from the ceiling. We cancelled after one night even though we likely will pay for two.

Dear Mr. John, Firstly, you should read & understand how the third party application and policy works and increase the knowledge about the same. No one would stay in a room with almost everything non-functional as you mentioned above. Still you had stayed for a night without making any cancellation or raising a complaint to front desk & Expedia partner. Advertised hot breakfast, all we got was a paper bag with juice, yogurt and a muffin. Drain in bathroom was very slow draining. Beds were comfy but lumpy pillows. Rooms are big and clean and liked the view from the window.

Most of the king bed jacuzzi bath room was in poor condition- broken pieces, mixed floor boards, broken tiles, falling off fixtures, dents in the wall, etc. Pillows were not full sized, just a bunch of small ones on the bed. Tv is outdated with no guide. Didn’t plow or shovel any of their parking lot after a big snow fall. Walls are thin. A lot of strange banging after 7 pm. Wifi didn’t work.

Phone and fireplace didnt work. Ac/heat unit was very loud, difficult to sleep. Staff was made aware, they were good to deal with.

The best thing about this property is its location as it's right off the highway. That being said, the property is tired, showing its age, and generally unkempt. I was "upgraded" to a king suite, but the suite was just as tired and dated as the property. I was especially disconcerted by the fact the mattress was visible. It was covered with a flat sheet, not a mattress cover and fitted sheet. I did not sleep well because the sheet kept bunching up under me, exposing the mattress. I don't think I'll be staying at this property again, despite its convenient location.

Property surrounded by un-raked leaves. Bathroom sink in the room had clog and water would not drain. Asked for repair and a young man came to the room with a screwdriver (????) and stabbed at the drain opening which was not only an odd approach, but did little to solve the problem. Shower head was not adjustable and water sprayed over the door onto the wall. No skilled maintenance personnel. Room dated and musty. Would not recommend.

It was very close and convenient to the venue we were attending. The thing I didn't like was that the complex was too mazy and hard to find like the lobby-You had to go in and out to get there.Other than that it was fine. I'd stay there again.

Hotel was somewhat clean but very old and worn. The fireplace didn’t work remote for heater didn’t work cracks in the tile surrounding the jacuzzi tub. The hotel was super loud, you could hear people in the hallways, when outside doors closed the whole building shook, the room beside us had a major screaming fight at 330am, which went on for at least half hour. Sketchy situation. The outside areas around the hotel seem neglected. Leaves everywhere doesn’t look like any effort has been made to clean up the outside. Looks tired neglected and old. Will not stay here again or recommend it

This hotel looks nothing like the pictures online. It’s extremely rundown. Typically I don’t mind that if I know what I’m getting. But this is far from that. I prefer small mom and Pop establishments to large hotel chains. Cleanliness is mandatory. This hotel did not meet that requirement. The two wine glasses in the room were dirty. Also, the breakfast, although included is extremely minimal. The online photos suggest that outa hot breakfast, not even close. Sadly, I cannot recommend this hotel from any perspective. I felt deceived by the online impression.

There was no hot breakfast at all it’s dirty and rodents scratching in the wall bed was broken when checked in holes everywhere with peeling paint threw out the hallway black mold in the hot tub in the room and in the shower towel rack in the bathroom feel off the wall towels had a musty smell to them and there was no maid service at all

This property has changed hands over the years and is now Super 8. We have stayed here over the years many times and never had an issue. Now being Super 8 we were disappointed with our stay. 2 nights and no housekeeping hall ways were stale, door to restaurant locked, no hot breakfast ( which we always had before and apparently in the summer with Super 8 only) Our room was by the door to outside and ppl seem to gather there and talk. Anytime we went to front desk there was no one around and we had to wait. The couple who checked us in were friendly. Let’s say we may not be going back, we were left a little sour.

It’s an out dated motel that smells musty. The only king rooms are up stairs with old carpeting. Charged us 35 more to go to 2 queens I’n a deluxe room they called it. The shower was a cheap plastic covering. Pillows tiny not even standard size. Mattress old and hard. Don’t stay here. We like gananoque and it’s great when travelling with a dog however we won’t stay here again.

Wonderful stay with amazing staff. Very attentive and quick to accommodate. Room was clean, door that led to our own sitting area outside. Jacuzzi tub was perfect. Will definitely come back.

The free Breakfast was very basic, coffee was average, the good thing is Tim Hortons is right beside the hotel, A&W, Mcdonald are very close by, so we end up getting our 2 days ' breakfast at Mcdonald & Tim.

I've been going to this property for over 10 years. It's one of our favourite properties. Love having a front porch. It's a very cottagey feeling. I miss the breakfast that used to be available. It included eggs and sausages. This was not part of the options available.
