Great place to stay very clean. Location was fantastic as it was not very busy. It was approximately a seven minute drive to downtown Kingston. The only thing I would recommend is that the carpets need to be cleaned as there was a slight odour in the carpet, other than that rooms were great very clean and the breakfast in the morning was excellent fresh fruit, muffins, eggs, bacon, toast etc…

A very convenient and mostly comfortable place to stay in Kingston. Outstanding breakfast! Some areas of the hotel could use a refresh, particularly the carpets and some older furniture in the halls, but overall clean rooms, easy parking and great staff! The inner garden courtyard is a unique oasis for reading and a quiet coffee. I will be back!
