Returned for the fifth time and was pleasantly impressed. The room was clean, all staff were courteous, buffet breakfast was amazing and it was nice to have accessible parking onsite. Enjoyable stay every time.

Room was nice and comfy and clean.. staff was very friendly and helpful . Loved the buffet breakfast. There was parking but didn't drive.. didn't like how they charged a lot to take some breakfast but gave a tiny container with a small amount of food. But otherwise we everything was great

My sister Vyan and I stayed for one week at The Terra Nova Hotel and the experience we had was exceptional. Just to high ligh a few points, we were welcome by a staff member who helped us with our luggage while we checked in. Our room was comfortable and clean and we have to thank the housekeeping staff especially Omar,Carl and Crystal for being so attentive. Breakfast in the morning was lush with a wide variety of Jamaican dishes. All the staff member at breakfast was very professional especially Devon ,Sherwain,Jessica and Shaeem. We also want to say a big thank you to Mr Barnes for making our stay a memorable one. We really enjoyed staying here and will definitely return to this hotel on our next visit to Jamaica.

I enjoyed my stay at Terra Nova. The hotel is a former great house hence some of the details appears to be “vintage”. It’s clean, friendly staff and a wholesome Jamaican breakfast. I would definitely stay here again
