โGentleman housekeeper was so pleasant every morning. ALL the staf was friendly and nice. Would be better to have both elevators working. Only negative thing. โ
โEverything about the Swanendele Inn was exceptional: the location, the accommodations, the facilities, the decor, the hosts, and, not least, the breakfast. In fact, you could spend several days just exploring the remarkable antiques and artifacts around the place. However, what made the strongest impression was the fiery glow of dawn though the pine trees outside our balcony every morning in the Margeret Brent suite. Rhododaktylos, "The rosy-fingered dawn": I never understood the true meaning...
โThe property just got a complete facelift room and lobby area are great. They're still working on the pool. Only criticism is there's no coffee maker in the room, but you do have a microwave and refrigerator.โ
โThis place was perfect for my needs. A clean, safe place, to rest my head and a way above average staff. The staff were so kind and helpful. I wouldnโt think twice about booking with this place again.
The ONLY issue we had was that the pool is not open. Not a deal breaker but it was not listed as closed and so we were expecting it to be open. We survived, lol.โ
