“Unfortunately Hiltons system was down when I originally arrived at 7:30 pm so I had to leave and come back about an hrs later to get checked in. Not holding that against them. The side doors kept getting locked and not allowing the guests to enter. I don't believe they had any room attendance working. The employees I did get the privilege to meet (3) where amazing. Rooms are nice bathrooms are small. Basic television no way to stream from them. Rough area so doors get locked after a certain time...

“We arrived early but the room wasn't quite ready yet. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. We were still allowed to utilize the amenities, despite being early, which we were incredibly grateful for! We changed into our swimsuits in the very clean and well-maintained bathroom in the lobby and enjoyed the pool while we waited for the room to be ready. “The check in and checkout clerks were polite. No special request was honored. We didn’t use the water, we slept on our travel Blankets and have since thrown them away. There was a period of time when there were kids running up and down the stairs and corridors. It was awful. Never again….. if I could rate it truthfully it would”

“Was disappointed with this property. The room had mold in the bathroom on the walls and ceiling and there was a musty smell throughout. We had 3 people (adults) in the room and the property would only provide 2 bath towels (yes, we asked for a third). It was a decent location and a decent price. I just expected more from a Wyndham property.”
