“It would be extremely helpful if the room is cleaned. We were told every 3 days. However, that never happened. We had to dump our own garbage, using bags we bought stuff in. The TV kept glitching so you couldn't enjoy the show. And to top it off, it was still breakfast time and I was told three was no more cups for coffee.”

“I love the set up of your rooms. It was spacious and really felt like a small apartment. What I did NOT like was that a soiled wash cloth was left in my shower draped over the shower head. There was also hair in the shower. Cleanliness and sanitation are extremely important to me as a customer. I reported the wash cloth issue 3 times before it was removed from the bathroom. Please work hard to ensure all rooms are cleaned appropriately for your customers. Thank you.”

“It was horrible, there were cockroaches all over the place, when we went to ask them for another room since it was earlier morning they told us we were filled and that they could not refund us, the blankets had burn holes and different colored stains on it and the Tv had no cable so we could not watch anything, there was no soap no shampoo no towels. when we then asked for towels and toilet paper we were given one roll and got one towel and we had to argue to get 2 towels since there are 2 of us...
