“The stay was fine; we rested comfortably. The attention of the cabin maintenance guy was excellent, but the attention from the office staff was not good. If the customer has a need, they should not worry about mobilizing the staff. We arrived for a peaceful rest, but we had a stressful time waiting for the Wi‑Fi signal to connect. They need to improve that service because, as a customer, we also wanted to watch a program, and it was very stressful not having any signal to watch the TV....

“Absolutely beautiful place. It was so warm and cozy and extremely clean. The check-in process had a tiny hiccup, having to send my phone number twice and still not getting a response so I had to call them but once I called, they were very responsive and I received all the codes needed to check-in and did not have any issues. We will definitely stay here again.”

“Would have liked to have talked to someone at some at some point. I always ask about places to see, points of interest, local hikes, etc. Also, an ice machine in the office would be a great addition. We enjoyed our stay. Very quiet and relaxing.”

“Enjoyed my stay, very comfortable.”

“The accommodation were excellent. The view of mountains spectacular”

“We love staying in the yurts in Maggie Valley. They are always clean and private. This time we did get to see a family of elk.”

“It was a nice experience staying there, the only thing was that we ran out of hot water.”

“Everything was clean and ready for us. Was a cold week but still nice and warm with the gas logs. Kitchen was supplied with utensils and cooking equipment. Enjoyed our stay. We will be back. ”

“Not bad”

“I grew up going to twin”

“Perfect location, laundry equipment ? Great place!”

“Property was clean, nicely decorated. Very peaceful, but still close to the main road. The listing showed a view of the river, but it was overgrown and couldn't really see the water from the porch. But it was a good place to stay and be within a short drive to lots of hiking, pretty drives, and restaurants. The Dragon Pit in Robbinsville had good food, and the Tattered Tartan Pub in Andrews was great food and atmosphere. The house is a tiny house, so only 2-3 adults, or 2 adults and 2 kids...
