"The only problems we had is the shampoo and body wash was empty and the heating doesn't come on until 8 pm so the room was cold to start with. But that's it . The team where excellent and good / was brilliant. Would stay here again"

"Been disabled was paramount. As long as parking on hotel front was guranteed, then this hotel was excellent for me. I enjoyed close parking, easy access, gr8 breakfast options. Good staff A pool or games room would put extra stars on what is already good value for money. "

"Absolutely awful, floor absolutely filthy, one glass in the chalet for two people. Bedding provided was for the double sofa bed so we couldn't sleep on the single beds which would of been more comfortable. The sofa bed was horrendous, our backs are killing us. The worst thing was our neighbours in the chalet underneath, arguing all night, playing football all night until 3.30 am, smoking drugs, we only stayed the one night even though we booked two nights, NEVER AGAIN!! AVOID!!"

"Friendly staff, nice building and grounds. Room was decent but bedside lights did not work and bathroom could have been cleaner. Also, the valve to use the shower head would not stay put on its own so I had to have a shower whilst holding the valve. "
