“Super restful and pristine environment.”

“The room was in poor shape - my bathroom door didn’t close, there Were stains on the carpet and everything felt old.”

“Everything was”

“The room was clean and spacious for Israel. Staff were all extremely helpful and kind. The Israeli breakfast was something special, with fresh fruit, vegetables, salads, fish, hot entrees, and baked goods of all sorts. The self-serve cappuccino machines were appreciated. Best feature for a Jerusalem hotel was the outdoor pool - grande! and a small pool for children and a little play area. This was in addition to a large indoor swimming pool and a good indoor gym.”

“Unfortunately compared to my stay in the same hotel in 2014 many things have horribly deteriorated. Broken bathroom shower equipments, disheveled bedsheets with stains!!. Overall there was no adequate maintenance with peeling walls, broken door jams, stained faded hallway carpets. Most frustrating was the lack of anyone to help with bags despite having my disabled mother…AVOID this hotel, very disappointing.”

“As soon as you walk through the doors you feel a sense of calm and serenity . There is music playing and beautiful fragrance in the air in the reception area . The room was spotlessly clean as was the bathroom .The bed and sheet so were very soft and it felt like we were sleeping on a cloud Breakfast was lovely and plentiful and the view was spectacular Delightful staff as well . There is a roof top heated pool which was like entering a bath . We then used the sauna and steam room . We would...

No dejaron papel higienico”

“Complimentary water was supplied only in the first day, and there was no more. Hair dryer was out of order so we have to ask new one. ”
