“Poor and old facilities. Guest room has too small bed, not working airconditioner with terrible molds, dirty curtain, no amenity, no shower curtain in bathroom.
Poor breakfast. This is not hotel. It's just terrible inn.
We asked to cancel all the reservation when checking in. Rejected because their manager was absent. We should stay in the terrible room. Actually airconditiomers me us to ask them to change room in the night.
