The staff at the hotel were very friendly and professional, taking the effort to translate and going the extra mile to support my family during our stay. "Great seaside resort. Spacious room, good view of the ocean. The private baths were simply divine, perfect way to relax and unwind. Complimentary beer/water/snacks in the room, ice cream after your private bath. The staff were great even with the language barrier they made sure you understood where your room was and where things are on a map. There is parking in front of the hotel but we arrived via taxi, approximately a 5000 yen fare from the Coaska Bayside Stores depending on time of day."

"We loved the Oriental Hotel! It was beautiful, spacious, and clean. The service was amazing. The first night we were there I felt like the AC wasn’t that cold. They immediately sent someone to check it out. They checked and cleaned the AC duct and it was instantly better. The amenities are really great too. They provide toiletries and pajamas. There is a laundry room, Lawson, and even free Disney transport. It’s close to a mall and the train/subway station. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends and family."
