The staff were great and the room was spotless. Family mart is attached to the hotel so anything you might need for the room (food, drinks, snacks) is just 30 seconds from the lobby. Will definitely stay here again."

"My family and I stayed at the Grand Prince Shin for 8 days. We enjoyed the excellent service (reception, restaurants, front door staff, and cleaning crew). The rooms were outdated but had beautiful views of the city. The food was very good, though towards the expensive side. The seven eleven was very convenient. The gardens were beautiful as well, but I was surprised to see that we had to pay for the pools. The area is very convenient for Shiganawa station (subway and train).
