The hotel was super cute, clean and the pool was nice. It was easy to walk to a bunch of restaurants and it was close to the harbour to catch a ferry to Basos. The only thing that was not great was the beds were not confortable.

Preis-Leistung absolut in Ordnung. Einfaches, aber frisches Buffett am Morgen. Hier muss man leider Bemängeln, dass der Kaffee extrem lange dauert bzw. einen Morgen gar nicht mehr funktionierte. Ansonsten alles in Ordnung.

Amazing staff, great experience

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The staff was exceptionally helpful: booked a COVID test for us, set up a van ride to the port, and even packed us a breakfast when we planned to check-out prior to breakfast. The only issue we had was that we couldn’t find a TV remote, but who wants to watch TV on this amazing island anyway? Fantastic hotel for a couple who wants to stay away from resorts.

Average hotel but nice

Free private parking at the hotel`s yard. Breakfast included - overall good selection of products. The hotel manager recommended us a nice restaurant nearby with reasonable prices - we went there and were satisfied. The hotel owner is a nice guy with great sense of humour. The hotel is very close to a beach - an average beach in general but suited us fine the last day when we were searching for a place to sunbath for a couple of hours. I would expect a nicer room for 65 euro, this was was too basic for the price.

Ottimo in tutto

Prezzo molto invitante. Posizione ottima per visitare le spiagge più belle di creta. A 1km da kissamos. Colazione ottima e abbondante. Camera spaziosa e pulita. Personale cordialissimo e soprattutto proprietario che parla benissimo italiano. Avevamo il volo la sera tardi e ci ha offerto gratuitamente il late check out all orario che a noi facesse più comodo. Super consigliato!

Enttäuschend und nicht empfehlenswert

Das an der Ausfallstrasse gelegen Hotel entbehrt jeglichen Charmes, die Umgebung war geprägt von ähnlichen desparaten Etablissments und entsprechenden Restaurants. Das Zimmer war sauber, hattte aber die besten Jahre hinter sich. Der Geruch nach Schimmel kombinierte sich unvorteilhaft mit dem der scharfen Reinigungsmittel und der Hitze Kretas. Ein Glück daher, hier nur eine Nacht verbringen zu müssen.

Tres bon rapport qualite/prix . Le personnel est tres agreable avec une mention toute particuliere au proprietaire tres sympathique. Parfait pour venir en famille avec un bassin pour les enfants. Si vous venez a Kissamos n hesitez pas , reservez a l hotel Hermes.

Tosi kiva hotelli ja lähellä rantaa

Tosi mukava hotelli ja lähellä tosi kivaa hiekka rantaa. Sinne voi kävellä hotellilta 3min. Rantaa pitkin löytyy kivoja ravintoloita. Ihmiset tosi mukavia ja avuliaita. Kaikki tuntee toisiinsa. Paikallinen keskusta on ihan vieressä. Ruokakauppa, automaatti, apteekki, autonvuokraus ja minimarketteja kävelymatkan päässä. Jos ei jaksa retkeillä niin lähistöllä löytyy erilaisia rantoja tai olla vaan hotellilla. Hotellin uima-allas on kiva ja vesi tosi puhdas. Baarista saa tilattua voileipiä tai tilata pizzaa ja yms. Paikallisesta ravintolasta joka toimitetaan hotellille. Meidät kohdeltiin tosi hyvin ja neuvottin kaikissa tarpeissa. Kaikki suositukset olivat onnistuneita. Hotelli ei ole iso ja vaikka oli loppuun myyty niin tuntui tosi rauhalliselta paikalta.
