"The rooms were spacious and had all the amenities that we needed. Would like for them to upgrade to the Keurig coffee maker so i dont have to bring mine any longer, but that's not gonna stop me from continuing to stay at this great resort."

"Very disappointed with this experience. My wife and I arrived very late at night and found the bathroom in terrible condition, extremely dirty and with feces still present. It was a very unpleasant and concerning situation because it really makes you question the overall hygiene and cleanliness standards of the property. The smell in the room also did not give the impression that it had been properly cleaned before our arrival. When you pay for a hotel stay, you at least expect a clean and sanitary environment, especially in areas as important as the bathroom. This was definitely an uncomfortable experience, and we truly hope management takes room cleanliness and inspection much more seriously moving forward."

"The staff here is extremely notable. Every single person was pleasant, helpful, and made a great impression on the hotel. We visited as just a couple, however what a fantastic family place!! Lots for the kiddos to do, little daily activities, arcade, ice cream, and the pool and lazy river were so nice. The coffee/Boba shop was quite nice. They sell spirits and beer in the lobby, huge win after a morning of travels. The bar also makes a mean martini!! The villas were clean and spacious! Washer and dryer a huge bonus! The mini lanai was soooo freaking nice to relax on at night, bug free Florida enjoyment! Three cheers to the night attendant and the maintenance man who took my NYer fear of palmetto bugs seriously. I was rescued quickly and with a smile!! We will definitely stay here again! Oh, and we did appreciate that the location is a bit off the beaten path with easy access to everything needed!!"

Every visit reminds us why we keep coming back every couple of months, and the second we get home, we’re already looking to book our next trip back. From the moment you arrive, everything feels like pure paradise. The resort is beautiful, peaceful, and immaculately clean. The villas are spacious, luxurious, and stocked with every amenity you could possibly need. Between relaxing in the villa and spending time at River Island and the lazy river, you could easily spend all day and night here without ever wanting to leave with all the countless activities and Amenities they have to offer. Let's not forget the incredible food, and golf course!! What truly sets Orange Lake apart is the unmatched hospitality and customer service. The staff consistently make every stay feel personalized, relaxing, and unforgettable. We arrived very early in the morning and our room was not ready yet, but Nestor went above and beyond in a way that completely exceeded our expectations and became the highlight of our entire trip. Monica is also incredible and is always so helpful each time we stay here, always accommodating, and attentive whenever we need anything. This is why we constantly recommend Orange Lake Resort to friends, family, and everyone we know.
