Great stay!

We found dirty pillows, but once I called Brandon he had the cleaning duo come over and they were super nice and gave us cleaner pillows! We had a great stay. The pool was clean, the clubhouse smelled nice, and the guard was friendly. Though, the sugar ants come into the kitchen through the window, they weren’t really a problem. There was already damage to one of the doors and water damage in one of the bathrooms, but it didn’t bother us too much. We didn’t cause any damage!!! :P

The accommodations could use an update. Mattresses were good but small fridge did not fit in the cabinet (door couldn't close), decor and furniture were a bit tired. Unfortunately the pool was outside and not heated. Elevator occasionally did not work. Workout room was under equipped. Staff was pleasant although at night usually received a message 'due to staffing issue. No one would be there'. Fairly convenient location but no keypad as it was not needed since gates actually did not exist. As stated the Mattresses were firm therefore if looking for basic overnight sleep, for the price, it works. Long term stay, well you get what you pay for.

Unhappy Stay

Not sure if I just got a bad room, but I booked a 3 townhome for the weekend, based off some good reviews for this place. the room was not clean whatsoever stains on the bed, and what appears to be blood. The sofa bed mattress protector covered in stains as well. We were given the wrong WiFi password and couldn’t get ahold of a person for help until the NEXT day. Overall the resort amenities are nice, the townhome was spacious but the room was outdated and dirty. There’s no smart tvs and only a tv in the master & downstairs. So no tvs in the other rooms. The closet door was off in one of the bedrooms, all of the blinds in the rooms were tore up or missing. The microwave, and washer were also extremely dirty. I wasn’t even offered a change of room or a refund and their excuse was because it was booked thru hotels.com.

It was worst, we went for vacation and end up on old home . We were 7 people so we booked three bedrooms and two full washroom so we can get ready quick, but the first day we found that one of the bathtub drain is clogged and water doesn’t drain, I sent msg to owner and he keep saying he gonna fix it . We stayed ther for 9 days and it was not fixed , every morning we have to wake up very early to use one bathtub I didn’t expect from Expedia that they list this type of property on their website Bathtub clogged, kitchen sink one side drain clogged, dining chaos one is broken from centre We wasted our money for junk place

This was the worse experience I’ve ever experienced in Orlando that ruined thanksgiving. The townhome was extremely disgusting with dead and alive bugs. It had mold in the bathrooms and the linen was so disgusting it’s not even funny. The cleaning staff had the nerve to have a note saying to leave a tip and make sure everything was cleaned. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. Expedia and the homeowner should be ashamed to rent this place out
