"It was by far the WORST hotel i ever been to and the service was terrible. They didnt have an elevator so I told them i have a baby and they should change my room to the first floor but they denied because they said it will cost them! They didnt care bout the customer needs they didnt help me i had to carry the baby and my bags upstairs and later take it all down again even though i told them im operated and had a C section. Slottet er under renovering, og man fornemmer at de nye ejere gør meget ud af, at alle detaljer er perfekte. "Die Unterkunft ist sehr ruhig direkt an einem Feld gelegen und gegenüber befindet sich gleich der Nationalpark Müritz, das war sehr schön. In die Stadt benötigt man zu Fuß eine halbe Stunde. Die Zimmereinrichtung vom Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Im Badezimmer sitzt man mit seinen Beinen direkt in der Dusche und die Duschtür hat nicht die richtigen Maße und lässt sich dadurch nicht auf Anhieb schließen. 2 Euro Parkgebühr pro Nacht für die zu kleinen Stellplätze auf dem Hof sind...
