"Nothing but good things to say. It was our first trip with our baby (6months old) and we had plenty of room in the room even with the travel cot. The room was clean and no external noise. Staff were very friendly and helpful and even gave the baby a soft toy on arrival. Also great location - easy walk into the centre. Shame we didn't go until the last night but if you follow the path immediately opposite down there's a great Bavarian style restaurant/tavern called Wirtshaus in Der Au a short walk away. Actually turned out to have the best food out of all the beer houses we visited in Munich. Definitely would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Munich."

"Very poor breakfast. People from the street with their bags were allowed at 6 30 to eat inside!!!. Very, very disappointed. "

"I personally would not stay here again. My shower was not hot, everyone was forced to evacuate the hotel for hours to stand in the cold for hours. I was wearing short cleaves open toed shoes no wallet no phone nothing. I had to take refuge at Hotel Leonardo just to try to get warm. I’d go there instead next time. The elevators take forever, the staff was nice and tried helping but there were too many problems. My TV had no remote batteries, I had to fight to get my free room upgrade as a VIO member… the laundry system was confusing and makes you pay a minimum of 29 euros on an app. I had a hard time at this place and can’t see myself coming back."

"It is a nice hotel with a lot of natural light. Our room was very big. The location is a very cool area. It is not possible to walk to the main tourists area. We took the train from ost which was less than 5 minutes to walk there. There were lots of restaurants to choose from and a grocery store close by. We stayed for 5 nights and didn't get any cleaning services or garbages emptied. That would be my only negative feedback."

"Fantastic hotel ideally located to the old town. 20 min walk or 2-3 min with the tram. The room were very nice and the lobby bar serves nice cocktails. Really!"
