The location is very nice, its 30 mins feom downtiqn and very easy ti get there by underground. There is no much around the hotel butvit has a restaurant and sime goodies for snacks. The stand reallu nuce. The place is confortable, the bed a bit Tiger dor 3 People but ok. Dudnt use the kitchen buts its ok. Nice place to stay.

Overall, it is a very comfortable place to stay in and quite convenient especially if you have a car. I would say the hotel feels more like a 3 star rather than a 4 but still it is very clean and comfortable. I will for sure stay here again.

for us it is wonderful not too far away from family. Good breakfast, good bar lounge but for handycaped people the outside elevator must be better in working, handling faster if its raining or snowing you get wet all over rest are good in the room

Clean room and spacious bathroom. Breakfast is good. The restaurant menu both for lunch and dinner is limited. Location is very convenient in case of attending any trade show at Messe Munchen. Two things to improve: 1) the fitness center is very small in comparison to the hotel dimension: at 7 AM it's impossible to do workout, the gym is very small and full of people. No space to move around. 2) the TV at the bedroom is old (only air channels and some other german channels). The hotel should renew all TVs to Smart TVs.

Clean stay

The hotel is nice, clean and newer. We had connecting rooms and stayed 2 nights. Staff is nice. Problem was that I stayed here because they had a laundry room but it’s only open from 9-5. Which didn’t help me at all which was unfortunate.
