"We had an amazing time at this resort. The staff and amenities were fantastic. The outdoor infinity pool was incredible (we went there everyday after skiing), the indoor pool and hot tub was also perfect and relaxing. We ski in/out could not be easier and the ski rental (IfenSport) was only steps away from the hotel entrance. One of the best ski in/out resorts we have ever stayed at. "Sadly we were very disappointed as no one was at reception to check in at 1pm we had to find someone. The room was very hot with no air conditioning. The room charge was €168 for a single occupancy & when I included my wife who joined me they added €120. Other hotels offer greater value for money & don’t rely on an old reputation for being the hotel to be in! "
