The Imperial Hotel has a convenient location within walkable distance for a few places of interest in Kluang, such as the Street Art and the Railway Station. The room is cozy with nice hot shower and new water kettle. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Hotel Staff Went Through My Belongings
I booked this hotel from the 29th to 31st December 2022. The room cleaning staff went through my personal belongings in my bag while I was out for breakfast on the 30th of December. I found out because my item was shifted to a different compartment in my bag. I did not feel comfortable after this incident and checked out on the morning of the 30th of December after breakfast, without staying the 2nd night. I have requested for a refund for the 2nd night I did not stay through hotels.com but the hotel is not co-operating. This has been going on for 2 months and is causing me stress and taking up a lot of my time. They keep referring to a refund on the 28th of December. This refund that was because I booked without using my travel rewards voucher by mistake. The incident happened on the 30th of December, so why does the hotel insist a refund has been provided earlier, on the 28th of December? The hotel claimed 2 months later on the 28th of February 2023 that it happened last year and that they can not do anything about it as they have already received the payment, although I have been following up almost weekly since 30th December 2022 once I returned to my home country. Hotels.com have these call records as well. It is not worth the stress with this property, especially when you are looking for a safe place for the night.

Maggie soup spill over on the floor but not properly cleaned by housekeeping. Aircond cant be adjust. Nice location but a bit dissapointed on quality.

Sorry for our cleanliness and make you feeling uncomfortable while staying at our hotel. Air-cond should be no problem can be adjusted after testing and the remote control is in the room.

I read about parking issue or the lack of it. But i do not encounter any parking problem. I always got the lot and there are demarcated yellow parking lots for hotel guests around the property. My kids also love the TV channels available.

Staffs were very friendly and helpful. Hotel room was clean but not as clean as it should be. There were many nearby shops and a mall- great shopping!

Very central location. Spacious room
Great location. Walking distance to the railway station and the bus station. It's right in the middle of Old Kluang. Mural street is nearby and many food options around the area. Kluang Mall is also within walking distance. The room was also quite spacious and clean. Aircon was strong. Only problem was TV signal not very good. Our booking came with breakfast but the cafe wasn't open when we went down at 8:30am. Was told the cafe would open late due to some emergency. We just went to the coffee shop opposite the hotel (City Food Court), and there were many delicious local food options.

Nice room but not soundproof. Breakfast is bad.
Room is clean and spacious. Just that its a bit noisy as we can hear other people talking along the corridor and the car/motor along the road beside the hotel. Breakfast service is very bad. We waited an hour for our food to arrive. Waitress is not flexible enough to change our breakfast to non-spicy for our kids. And still added chilli to the hotdogs that we wanted to give the kids to consume. Our next table who arrived half an hour later than us was served at the same time as us. And their spread was a lot different,which we were told only 2 kind of breakfast served. But they have 4 different kind. We ordered 4 breakfast,but only 3 arrived. We didn't request for the additional as we got MacDonald for the kids.

Hands down one of our best hotel stay experiences!
1. Convenient location (5min walk from railway station, 24/7 convenience store downstairs, close to many local eateries) 2. High cleanliness (Room was in perfect condition when we checked in. Neat, tidy, no stray hair etc) 3. High level of comfort (It is not the biggest room in terms of space, but extremely cozy and comfortable. We opted for the room which comes with King Size bed and it was the best. Not too soft or springy, just right.)

Hotel location is good in town. Room I always book with Windows but room they have big n small. So if you happen to get the smaller one. You will find it not worth the price. Price a little exp.

Clean & Comfortable Stay!
Very central location in Kluang. Clean hotel. Very convenient in finding local food. Free WiFi internet reception and speed are not so good despite WiFi router is just outside our room. Overall, a pleasant stay.

This is a good hotel a quick stop over stay!
It was ok except that they have no car park facilities. We liked the room that was clean and the pillows were good as it was firm enough.

I will stay here again.
Clean and very centrally located in the middle of Kluang town. We stayed in the spacious family room and our children loved it. Only gripes are that the corridors smell of cigarettes and the TV reception is not good.

Convenient to shopping and eating places, as they are within walking distance. Provide free car park on site. Room not sound proof, can hear noise outside. Insufficient lightings in room. a little dim. TV reception not very good for all channels.

Overall a very pleasant stay!
Very friendly staff with extremely smooth check-in and check-out. The only drawback was that the common corridor of the rooms on level 3 was extremely warm and stuffy. Not sure if the common air-conditioner was down during the 2 days we stayed but we often had to wish the elevator will arrive faster so that we could get to the Ground floor lobby quicker.
