“Overall, the hotel is great; the staff are friendly, the continental breakfast was good with many choices, there was secure Ironman storage for bikes and other baggage, and the location was not far from 'green' lower cost parking.
The bathroom extractor fan did not work but this did not impact on the really hood shower.”

“Het ontbijt was heel goed en het personeel heel aardig.
Wat erg jammer is is dat het warm op de kamer word. Het ontbreken van een ventilator of airco is een gemis. Ook het ontbreken van een kleine koelkast is een gemis. Dan kun je tenminste nog zelf iets koels halen en koel houden.”

“We stayed in a family room. As soon as we checked in, it was clear the room had not been cleaned - old clothes on the floor and food in the fridge area. We requested the room be cleaned again. Unfortunately it was clear on other days the room wasn’t being hoovered, no new bin liners etc.
We had constant issues with our pass locking us out the room. We had a baby so this was very inconvenient but the reception desk did not apologise despite our being upset.
The breakfast is excellent and the...

“We had a very pleasant stay in Bruges. Even though the weather was getting colder, the room was warm and comfortably heated. The spacious parking area made us feel that the parking fee was absolutely worth it.
