Room just didn’t seem clean. Opened the fridge and old ketchup fell out. Floor not vacuumed well, dirt in bathroom floor. People were nice but wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

Desde que entrar el olor te impacta, luego puedes ver las condiciones de limpieza que no son buenas. Todo en general está falta de una buena limpieza, la piscina y el spa tenían agua verde y apestosa. Lindo lugar, Pero mal atendido.

The beds were clean and somewhat comfortable but the hotel is definitely outdated and the carpet needs replaced. Our bedroom smelled pleasant and clean but the toilet teetered when you sat on it and the table needed cleaned from the last people. The curtains had some white stream of something on them. Breakfast was ok. They had a waffle maker which is our favorite. Overall i would say its a 3 out of 5.

Overall, a great place. I have a disability though and it was impossible to use the shower. Also, with this new tech savvy world, replacing a wall plate with USB charger would add that extra step up.

Property is older but in good condition and clean. Easy to park our truck and trailer. The only complaint was breakfast was not great - seemingly powdered/prepackaged scrambled eggs and limited other selections.

We checked into our room and it smelled like mold. The carpet hadn't been vacuumed. We checked our beds one had chips crumbs abd the other one had black tar like pebbles. I called the front desk and we were given another room. Immediately inspected the room...carpet hadn't been vacuumed and the shower had mold. I had pre-paid for our stay gor 4 nights. We had to leave a day early because of the snow that was forecasted. The lady at the desk left a note for the manager to see if I could be refunded for Monday night. I have checked and have not received a refund. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

One of the most badly maintained Best Western hotels i have ever visited. This hotel has never been renovated or refurbished since the the time it was built. Expect No room service if you are staying for 2 nights. No fresh towels, no appropriate amount of soaps,shampoo and towels in the room, bathroom vent is not functioning, bathroom floors are dirty and sticky, the smell of hotel rooms and hallways are terrible. Pool water was cold and spa water was dirty and the broken step inside the spa almost cut my foot. Front desk clerks were nice, though.

Our room wasn't particularly clean. Minimum vacuumed. Beds made poorly. We were staying for five nights. We were not informed that we could leave our dirty towels out of the room and they would replenish. They simply said come to the desk when we needed something because they would not enter our room while we were there. We have stayed there before. Doubtful we will be staying again.

I have stayed here before and was impressed. This time I was not. Bed had sheets on them that appeared to be clean but looked like they and the pillows were just thrown on the bed. Carpet was not vacuumed and sink and toilet became clogged in the morning.

Great service. Clean. Breakfast was good. Restaurants close by. We used a pull out bed and of course they are never great, but it was fine.

Room just needed to be cleaned better. Still items in the fridge, bathtub wasn’t cleaned well, etc. We only needed it to crash for a few hours before continuing our journey and we got back in late - so I just threw the items away and cleaned the tub myself. Mattress were comfortable. Rest of amenities were just fine.

The night staff was very friendly and polite but the TV didn't work and as I checked out I said something and the day staff didn't seem to care if I had a good stay or not. I was not offered a receipt of my stay only told that Expedia would get me a receipt. Customer service is a simple process

Very dated, smelled terrible the second I walked in. There was hair in my shower, a big stain on the carpet, VERY dirty, pillows were lumpy. Staff was very nice.

Overall stay was great! Only complaint is maintenance. Had an issue with jacuzzi tub jets not working properly. Maintenance neber came instead the staff ladies rried helping oit. Found the peoblem of previous people using plastic rose petals in it and they had gotten stuck in the jets. They dig out quite a few. It was a little better but with each ise diring our week stay more kept coming out! Maintenance couldve came and looked at it but never did. The staff was very friendly and tried their best!! Woild still recommend!
