The hotel looks brand new. Catching the shuttle was very easy from TYS and it literally across the street from the airport. Perfect, if you have to catch a five am flight the next morning. Customer service was excellent. Only a five minute uber ride from restaurand shopping.

I did not realize there were no bath towels or bath matt until I went to take my shower at 5am and had to leave by 6am. Then the bathroom floor was filthy. The hand towel I put on the floor to stand on turned out filthy from my foot prints. The bed was comfortable though.

Super comfortable bed

I was so excited to be at a hotel that had an amazing bed, comfy sheets and pillows. The air conditioner kept me nice and cool. Shower was great! No coffee in room but free coffee downstairs 24 hours. I will definitely stay here again!
