Koh Chang afslapning

Hyggeligt sted med god placering, med hav på begge sider, hvis man ønsker ro og afslapning. Virker mere autentisk i denne ende af Koh Chang. Skøn pool og god frisklavet morgenmad. Bang Bao pier ligger i gåafstand med mange gode restauranter og transport til andre øer. Fede værelser i stor størrelse, dog ved at være lidt slidt i kanterne. Nemt og hjælpsomt personale. Kan klart anbefales.

4 dage i Nirvana

Nirvana resort har været en skøn oplevelse i rigtig thai resort stil. Fantastisk eksotisk stil og område, midt i junglen og med hav på begge sider. Dog lidt slidt, men det skader ikke helhedsoplevelse. Meget afslappet atmosfære og placeret i et stille område men kort afstand til flere gode restauranter omkring bang bao molen.

Værelser og personale meget fint

Værelse og personale er meget fint. Til gengæld er belægningen på poolområdet meget mangelfuld med søm og skruer som stikker op alle vegne - lidt farligt. Meget træværk og vedligelse af bygninger trænger til en kærlig hånd. Det flyder med affald på land og vand alle vegne. Der er ingen der tager initiativ til at ryde op. Lidt langt til stranden men gratis transport en gang dagligt.

Przepiękna okolica. Jedna z dwóch najlepszych na całej wyspie, z dała od tłoku turystów. Hotel dość stary, przy dżungli. Śniadanie podstawowe.

Schöner Resort direkt am Meer. Jedoch ist es nicht in der nähe von einem richtigen Strand. Man muss dazu ca. 15min mit dem Roller fahren. Die Angestellten waren sehr freundlich und haben einem jeden Wunsch erfüllt. Das einzige Negative war, dass ich in meinem Bungalow kein Wlan hatte obwohl das eigentlich inbegriffen war. Naja, die Welt geht desshalb nicht unter. Alles in allem eine sehr schöne Resort Erfahrung.

チェックインの時にスコールが降っていましたが、コテージまで荷物を持って傘をさして案内してくれました。着いたのも遅くてお腹が空いていたのでレストランの食事をオーダーしたら客室まで届けてくれました。優しい対応にここに宿泊できて大満足でした。

The Resort is rundown, not maintained at all. Poor service, no restaurant or bar. The bathroom was not clean (hair in shower, tampon in bin), the towels are yellow/brownish although they were supposed to be white. Dogs and their excrements all over the place/beach. No TV, only DVD rental. The wood planks around the pool urgently need renovation.

Le resort est placée dans un site époustouflant de beauté, les chambres sont superbes les matériaux nobles... Le personnel aimable et courageux. Courageux car faisant de sens mieux malgré le manque évident d'un management efficace. C'est dommage pour un si bel endroit, mais en même temps cela explique peut-être des tarifs si raisonnable pour un endroit si exceptionnel. . Alors dans le fond tant mieux on en retiendra que le meilleur...

Good quiet small resort with great staff

Stayed for five nights while I did some scuba diving, handy to the boat pier so that worked for me. Staff all friendly and very helpful, nice pool for a dip after a day out or just to sit and chill out by. While an older resort I would happily stay again here when I visit Koh Chang.

Das Resort hat eine traumhafte Lage. Beide Pools sind zum Wohlfühlen. Das Angebot im Restaurant ist reichlich. Das Restaurant schließt leider recht früh, so dass ein Absacker an der Bar nicht möglich ist. Die Zimmer haben einen gewissen Charme und sind großzügig, sind aber leider in die Jahre gekommen. Ein Anstrich würde Wunder bringen. Die Betten waren dreckig (blutig). Ein Wechseln der Bettwäsche wurde auch gleich getätigt, aber die Matrazen waren unter aller Kanone. Es werden Shuttles zum nahegelgenen Sandstrand und zum Pier angeboten.

My Nirvana dream!

We felt absolutely at home here. Things were perfect. Very quiet, great room, and good service. The restaurant was excellent and we ended up eating there everyday during our 6 day stay. The pool is a dream with a great view across the bay. Would definately go back. This is a place to relax and enjoy.

很舒服的房間。

非常棒的房間，家具很漂亮，小缺點是浴室水量太少，熱水不足，房子跟海邊有間隔一條馬路，所以會有摩托車跟汽車經過的聲音，除了車聲這裡其實很寧靜，泳池小巧但還夠用，距離跳島搭船的地方，騎摩托車五分鐘，距離附近的沙灘也是摩托車五分鐘，這裡有很多野生的猴子，靜靜的待在房間可以看到猴子在陽台休息。早餐鬆餅非常美味，日出跟夕陽都很美。

Nirvana onderscheid zich van andere resorts!

Dit resort heeft een heel eigen en unieke stijl. Het is ontzettend relaxed om hier te verblijven en het personeel is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Alles kan en is ok. Het ligt helemaal in het zuiden van het eiland maar ook heel mooi in een baai waar je de zee aan twee kanten hebt en waar mensen komen om de zonsondergang te zien. Het eten is prima - ik las ergens dat iemand vond dat de kok niet kon koken - daar kan ik me helemaal niet in vinden. Ze hebben de beste en de verste vis die dagelijks gevangen wordt en voor je klaar gemaakt - helemaal super een ervaring die je nergens anders krijgt. Kortom een hele fijne en bijzonder plek!

Det var anden gang vi besøgte Nirvana, og vi havde en forventning om at tingene ville være som for fire år siden. Vi blev skuffede. Vi blev dårligt modtaget, uden ordentlig info om noget som helst. Resortet er nedslidt og personalet virker demotiverede. Man glemmer den daglige rengøring. Indleveret vasketøj er 3 dage undervejs. Den daglige transport til Bang Bao kører før tiden og chaufføren har ikke fået at vide hvem der skal med. Vi kommer aldrig tilbage og vi vil ikke anbefale det til andre.

Excellent resort in a very privilege area. The staff is very nice. Specially the receptionist Called Ning. If I go again to Koh chang I'll be there for sure.

Best place on Koh Chang!

This was our third time at Nirvana and it was as wonderful as ever! Friendly staff, great bungalows and amazing views. Nirvana is still the best place to go if you want to avoid the crowds and enjoy peace and quiet in a genuine friendly atmosphere.

Great hotel, just don't eat dinner there.

Great hotel and location. The only negative was the restaurant for dinner... even some staff advised us to go elsewhere for dinner. We were tired and didn't feel like going elsewhere. Big mistake. The food was edible but it wasn't very good. We didn't make that mistake on the remaining nights. The waiter was great, it wasn't his fault the dinner food was subpar. The breakfast at the hotel was great. The service was excellent and the staff was very responsive to our needs. The location of the restaurant is excellent, you can see both coasts from the tables, the environment is awesome, so not being able to enjoy the dinners there was disappointing. Aside from that issue this place was great and we would return again.
