No shuttle from the ferry terminal to the hotel. You have to organize your own taxi/transfer to this hotel.

The breakfast is very good, the entertainment at night on the beach is fun and family friendly, the rooms were very nice and the staff were lovely. The housekeeping was a little slack though, not replenishing snack bar items and not leaving all the towels on some days. It caused some confusion when we checked out and it was not necessary. Otherwise we wlreally enjoyed our stay at The Splash.

Highly recommend for families

This hotel is great! We stayed here over Songhkran and the staff really involved us in the celebrating. The staff was generally so service minded and joyful. Our kids of 9 and 12 loved the water park and the family room close to the beach was newly renovated. Everything was 10/10 except maybe the food which could have been better. But there are other restaurants near by.

Stay away, there are better hotels and areas

The plus side is the staff and manager who do what they can to take care of you. The down side is that the resort is dated with rotten and broken sum beds, towels so worn out that they have holes. The rooms are very noisy, even in the deluxe villas you cannot sleep because of the noise. The beach is no beach…. Useless resort if you like to enjoy the ocean. Breakfast buffe is on the lower end. Theoretically the waterpark should be a nice experience for the kids. We got so many cuts and bruises that we could not even count them due to outdates slides that are worn and torn. Ear infections and sinus infections from the water. The area itself is not very nice. Prostitution and weed stores everywhere. We stayed six nights but wanted to leave after one. Hotel would not refund. They did give us another room (same type) and a free Christmas dinner as a nice guesture. I recommend anyone going to Koh Chang to White beach instead.

A perfect stay for families!! The room is nice. Water pressure in the shower is not good unfortunately. The pool area is super great!! Including a small water park. Breakfast is great! The beach and the beach restaurant is also superb. Love it!

Kleines Hotel mit Privatstrand und schöner Poolanlage für Kinder (coole Rutschen etc). Freundliches Personal. Saubere Zimmer. Gute Lage - nicht zu ruhig- nicht mitten im Trubel. Es sollten mehr Mülleimer am Strand aufgestellt werden. Generell wäre eine bessere Achtung auf die Umwelt im Bereich des Strandes wünschenswert.

Great spot for family holiday.

Great, clean facility with water slides. Hard to beat spot to stay with your family. For couples nearby The Deva could be better. Seaside location. Beach restaurant with fire shows and live music every night. Sound system quality is not great. Breakfast selection is basic. Could expect more variety. Number of family rooms is limited to two so you need to book really early to get one. We booker 12 months in advance and got 5 nights out of 7.

Masse å gjøre for barna. Skliene er tatt vare på. Frokosten var ok, personlig savnet jeg bacon 😊. Middagen på stranden var ikke så bra. Biffen var ikke til å spise med sjømaten var ok. Det er happy hour fra 14:00 til 18:00 😊. Vi hadde gjerne tatt turen tilbake.

Rigtig godt familiehotel

Boede i familieværelse. 8 nætter inden vi rejste videre til Koh Kood. Hotellet lever op til billederne. Fremstår enormt pænt. Vores børn elskede at være der. God service. Ligger forholdsvis tæt på “by-liv” og de mange strand-restauranter er ganske tæt på. Maden var også god.

Das Hotel ist gepflegt und sauber. Leider ist kein Strand vorhanden, nur eine Treppe ins Wasser. Es stehen nur wenige Liegen zur Verfügung - die meisten werden gleich in der Früh mit Handtücher reserviert. Die Zimmer sind in Ordnung, leider gibt es keine Schränke, wodurch man nicht wirklich auspacken kann. Das Frühstück war durchschnittlich mit wenig Auswahl.

Okej, men inte så mycket mer.

Absolut inte dåligt men heller inte fantastiskt. Vi var där med två barn och poolen med rutschkanorna var en fullträff. De tröttnade inte det minsta på en vecka. I övrigt håller hotellet ganska bra standard men utan att briljera. Rummet var fräscht men ganska tråkigt. Bra sängar. Konstigt nog fanns inte en enda garderob (family suite). Obekväma stolar på uteplatsen. Stranden och strandbaren följer samma mönster, okej men utan själ och passion. Dessutom byggarbetsplats intill med en del oväsen. Det absolut sämsta var frukosten, det fanns ingenting som var riktigt bra. Tråkig miljö dessutom. Bilderna ljuger här, både strandbaren och frukosten ser betydligt lyxigare ut än de är på riktigt. Trots allt negativa är vi ändå ganska nöjda efter en vecka, men det beror mest på poolen och att vi åt middag och hittade på grejer utanför hotellet på kvällarna. Ta en taxi 4-5 minuter söderut så finns massor av trevliga ställen. Missa inte mexikanska El Barrio.

Överlag väldigt bra! Så trevlig personal. Vattnet luktade lite mögel i duscharna och lite mer än 1km till Kai Bae som hade många restauranger och affärer annars super. Ingick en välkomstdrink och eldshow vid restaurangen vid havet. Nackdel: bara en pool och det är den med rutschkanor
