"We had a great stay at The Westin. The room was very clean and comfortable, which made it easy to relax. The staff were consistently courteous and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. The amenities were well maintained and added to the overall comfort of the stay. Overall, a very well-run property that delivers a high-quality experience. I’d happily stay here again. "

"The resort is located across the beach and has all the amenities one can think of. The staff are friendly barring one or two buggy drivers who are burnt out driving around. Tony from Cafe Studio was brilliant!! They seem under staffed with the breakfast volume and one chef apparently so food takes a while at times to get to the table. Anan at reception was very courteous and I wish I took all the other names but they were all brilliant! The security staff manning the residences were very helpful and the pool staff too. I cannot fault the service in any way. Clearly the HR and training department is doing a good job with getting the right staff. The only glitch is that the hotel is not wheelchair friendly. Many steps to climb and we had to carry the wheelchair up. If your audience is not the disabled, then you have to mention it on booking platforms. My shoulders are in pain carrying the wheelchair up and down steps."
