Dear Guest We are all saddened to receive this review. Saddened to hear that your holiday was disappointing and even more so to read that the main cause is due to loud music and accommodation. Our welcoming and caring attitude is what we pride ourselves on as can be seen from the majority of our reviewers comments and so it is shocking for us to hear this.
