"The shuttle service to Kata beach was nice since the hotel is on a steep hill. The deluxe room with sea view was spacious with plenty of closet space. We were on the fourth floor and the trees obscured some of the sea view.The staff service was excellent. The restaurant menu was good and the buffet breakfast was great. I didn't know all the pools would be over run with children although it's a family oriented hotel. We had a difficult time securing two seats by the upper pool mid-day."

This hotel is so huge they have free shuttle service to the rooms because they are up the hills, so it makes it rough to get to your room by walking.
