Overall rating: 7.7/10 ⭐ A very enjoyable family stay at Pullman Phuket Karon Beach Resort. We had a lovely ocean-view room, which really added to the experience, and the check-in process was smooth, efficient and welcoming. The resort itself is spacious, green and relaxing, with excellent pool areas and a very convenient location close to Karon Beach. It has the feel of a proper full-scale resort, with plenty of space for families to unwind. The staff were courteous and helpful throughout our stay, and the property was generally well maintained and comfortable. The only point to keep in mind is that the resort is quite large, so there can be a fair amount of walking between different areas. Overall, though, we had a very pleasant stay. Recommended for families looking for a spacious beachfront-style resort experience in Karon.

Amazing staff, they will bend over backwards for you. Breakfast is very nice. Rooms spacious and clean. Pool areas nice. Due to rain season the gardens aren’t very clean, however it is obvious as soon as the sun is out, staff are all over it. Overall loved out stay. Thank you to all at Pullman!

Impressive grounds and very friendly/ helpful staff. The room was spacious, clean and quiet with good amenities. The hotel made a real effort to lay on activities for all age groups, which was nice. One star deducted because the hotel was very dated and is in need of modernisation.

Love the place and the food we had every day. The position of the resort is fantastic, not too far from the Karon main streets where you find lots of nice restaurants , shops and a beautiful Temple!

one of the most amazing places we have stayed in the world. everything was perfect including Pools, restaurants, bars, entertainment, beach cleanliness, staff was perfect, enjoyed the tennis and pickleball area and staff.
