“The room was clean and was just ideal for an overnight stay before we catch the boat to Koh Lipe in the morning. The staff were very welcoming, they can converse in English and Malay. “We had a good stay at Pan Nam Resort. Staff were wonderful and worked hard on the English. (I had to use a translator app). We had no hand towels nor hand soap in the bathroom.
