This allows all of our guests to choose what is best suited for them and I am very sorry that your room didn't fully meet your expectations. I have noted that for a future stay you would prefer to stay in a bigger room, which we will be happy to accommodate.During your stay at our resort, Koh Samui was in a very high season, which means that a lot more travelers can be encountered on the island. Bophut beach is a really nice stretch, which usually doesn't have a lot of tourists, except for fisherman's village. For us, being close by, but not in the middle of it, usually ensures that our guests very much appreciate the calm environment. I am so sorry to hear that you didn't enjoy your time on our beach and would be happy to find a great solution for it during your next stay with us.Thank you once again for choosing to stay with us and we hope that we get to welcome you again in the near future. Dear Jes, Our apologies for not meeting your expectations during your recent stay. The rooms at our resort could be considered small starting at 32 square meters for the Premier Garden View Room. However we also offer units which are much larger such as the spacious Garden View Suite (64SQM) and Anantara Beachfront Pool Suite (80SQM).
