“located in suburb of Samui, hard to access at the main road, so had to call hotel taxi, quite expensive. room cleaning was bad, have to stay with sand and dust. Beach was so shallow, just good to stroll...”

“Realy nice”

“Everything was good, but the lounge service was awful. They initially asked for 600 THB for late-checkout, but when asked another staff, 500 THB was enough. What did the first guy want to use for 100THB? Worse, Late-checkout was at 4:30 pm, but they woke me up at 4:30 am and asked me to check out. How can I do "late"-checkout at 4:30 "am"? Furthermore, they did not even apologize. One reason for choosing this hotel was that there was a fitness center, but there was no single dumbbell. It's...

“b a d”

“The bedrooms in the family room were extremely cool in temperature and my kids enjoyed that. We were allowed to take towels to the beach as long as they were returned and there’s a nice noodle shop down the street open between 11:30-3pm. We enjoyed our stay.”

“Stayed in this hotel as the most important honeymoon of my life and I was given such a good experience that I thought this was the best choice of my life and I think it will be memorable”

“Clean, comfortable & budget friendly apartment. Great little kitchen & super comfortable bed. I loved the local neighborhood - sometimes a little noisy at night but nothing too bad. Grocery close by 15 min walk to the beach!”
