Mysigt nära naturen med skrämmande badkar.

Bra mottagande vid ankomst. Frukost serveras fram till 10:00 med 2 olika alternativ, inte jättegott tyvärr, men helt ok. Fint rum med bra AC, dock ganska skrämmande badrum med mycket krypande insekter och larver. Badkaret skulle jag aldrig satt en fot i. Vår säng var tvådelad men det löste dom när vi sa till, dock med ett större lakan endast. Egen altan med stolar och bord samt kaffebryggare på rummet så man kunde ta sin morgonkaffe på rummet om så önskades. Taxichaufförer på ön verkar inte riktigt veta var "Sunday Sanctuary" ligger så man får visa vägen. Gick dock bra att boka taxi från hotellet.

The hotel smell very bad, the photo that you see in the web is not what you see in the reality. I recommend to go to hostel near this hotel that looks new and good from this discuss hotel!!!!!! I ordered this hotel but when I coming i left to other hotel and not stayed.(of course without refound) The walls, bad ship, Curtains and the toilet very dirty!

Tiny Oasis All to Myself

I booked this room because I needed a place to stay before I flew out of Koh Samui. When I pulled up I felt like it was kind of in the middle of no where. I had to grab cash and the gir l in the lobby said I could walk into town in 10 mins, so I checked it out and sure enough it was just a short walk to everything. My room was perfectly fine. For $20, I expected something pretty awful. I actually loved the bathroom/shower situation. I pretty much also had the entire place to myself, which was actually kind of nice. I woke up early and swam before my flight. I bought breakfast and had it in less than 10 mins. They ordered a cab for me and even though she said "20 mins" it came in probably 5 mins and I was at the airport in 10-15 mins. I'm guessing she misunderstood my question.

Wouldn't stay here again

Not a great stay, the hotel didn't have my booking (probably hotels.com's fault) so I was put in any old room - mould in the bathroom, all kinds of bugs in the room and my bed. Absolutely no lights from the reception to my room at night so it was pitch black, extremely unsafe as its rickety wooden walkways to get there - luckily I had the torch on my iPhone. Location is too far out, had to walk down dark roads which stray dogs barked at me on, so didn't feel safe again - the hotel really wasn't worth the risk of rabies.

The room was nice and clean and the service from the staff we received was phenomenal! Selve hotet ligger fint tæt på byen, så det tager kun 10-15 min at gå ned til byen. Dog havde hotellet ikke rigtig noget at byde på. Værelset var fint, det var dog irriterende at der ikke var noget WIFI. Og de havde ikke nogen restaurant eller bar, så det var lidt trist. Deres pool var helt fin. Så det er en godt hotel hvis du ville bo billiget og få noget okay, og hvis du kun har tænkt dig at sove på hotellet.

Resort heeft opknapbeurt nodig.l

Opzet resort mooi, helaas slecht onderhouden. Paden en trappen zijn van houten planken, deze zijn op diverse plaatsen doorgerot waardoor er een groot gevaar is dat je er doorheen zakt. Ook de bungalow kan een opknapbeurt gebruiken, deuren sluiten niet goed meer(slot op kamer trek je zo open). Kluisjes zijn niet aanwezig, wel zijn er afsluitbare kastjes bij de receptie. Ontbijt eenvoudig maar goed. Afstand naar strand of restaurants/winkels ca 30 minuten lopen. 7eleven dichtbij. Brommer verhuur bij receptie, snel en goed geregeld.

I booked this hotel for a 3-day getaway on Samui. Because I was supposed to be traveling alone, I wanted a place that offered a restaurant and spa services, in addition to the requisite wifi. When a friend decided to join me, I requested a room with 2 beds. This request was confirmed by email from the hotel. When we arrived, they only had a room with 1 bed. Instead of an extra roll-away bed, or even an extra blanket, they gave us a sheet. The room had a small amount of shampoo, but no soap. When we informed the front desk of this, they went to notify housekeeping, but soap did not appear until the next day when we changed rooms. The on-site spa and restaurant were also non-existent, having been torn down. The in-room wifi had been discontinued and service was only offered in the lobby. Through it all, the staff was unapologetic, unfriendly, unaccommodating; likely because of having so many guests who were not getting what they expected.

Kiva, siisti hotelli hieman syrjisellä sijainnilla. Rauhallinen, ei mitään meteliä ulkoa. Tyylikäs ja erittäin tilava huone ja iso parveke viihtyisällä näköalalla. Ilmastointi oli äänekäs, mutta hurina tasaista, joten ei häirinnyt yöunta. Kylpyhuoneen ikkuna ei pysynyt kiinni, mutta onneksi tavattiin huoneesta ryömimästä vain yksi ötökkä... Siistin oloinen uima-allasalue, joskin vähän puiden katveessa joten suoraa auringonpaistetta ei paljoa ollut päivän aikana. Aamiainen kohtalainen ja sisältyi hintaan, valittavana 2 eri vaihtoehtoa. Lupauksesta huolimatta netti ei toiminut huoneissa, ainoastaan aulassa, joka oli kuitenkin viihtyisä. Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä ja kuljetus aamuvarhaisella Lipa Noi Pierille järjestyi hotellin oman kuljetusfirman toimesta. Kävelymatkaa ihanaan Fisherman's villageen oli arviolta noin kilometri, mutta useamman päivän oleskeluun olisin vuokrannut mopon, jotta siirtyminen olisi ollut jouhevampaa.

Could not say I stayed because we left after getting reaction from mold in room.... Full of it in aircon..... Yellow stained curtains, pubichair in bed and really old and stinky deluxe room.....pool looked nice but never had the chance to use it...... Can not recommend anyone to stay here......pictures on Internet is from they build hotel and not up to date........
