“Overall just ok during my stay. At the last day of stay, I was going to use the bath tub so filled the water. And, I found out that the water looked very dirty yellow. So when I check out I asked one of the receptionist what’s the problem with this. And she just said it’s just normal and nothing problem. See for yourself how it looked like the bath tub.”

“Everything seem to be going well till when I came back and checked my bag. My ring & my husbands ring was missing when I haven't even taken it out from my luggage bag since samui trip. I am so upset due to this fact and I have contacted the hotel but all they said was they have looked at lost and found and they could not found it.... I feel like it has been stolen since the ring was white gold with little diamonds on it.. I am so upset still and can't believe this.”
