아주 좋습니다 코따오 선착장에 도착하여 직진 출구아니고 좌측 출구쪽으로 가면 바로 호텔의 reception이 있어 짐도 실어주고 숙소 호실도 정해줘서 체크인이 바로됩니다.에어컨있어 시원합니다. 다른 호텔은 그런 장소가 없어 본인이 찾아가야 되죠. 마인드가 아주 좋은 호텔입니다.리셉션의 위치는 아래사진의 화살표쪽에 있습니다.

매우 훌륭합니다.
매우아름답고 친절하고 훌륭했습니다. 다만 사이리비치로 나가려면 요금이 유료 1인당 50바트이고 돌아올때는 셔틀이 없어 택시를 타야하는데 4인이면 600바트, 4인 이하여도 600바트라 500바트로 깎아서 타고 오는데 택시비가 비쌌습니다. 조식 및 레스토랑은 맛이 있었으나 레스토랑 가격이 조금 비쌌습니다. 모기약을 주기적으로 쳐서 모기가 없게 만드는 서비스가 아주 훌륭했습니다. 전체적으로 너무나 좋은 리조트였습니다.

전용해변과 풀장이 아주 근사하고 바다를 보며 식사를 할수있는 식당도 낭만적이었어요 대신 외진곳에 떨어져있는 불편함은 감수해야하구요 비치뷰룸에 비해 오션뷰룸 저층은 전망이 좋지않고 식당의 음식이 가격 대비 맛있는편은 아니예요

The hotel is situated in a truly stunning location, featuring a beach, pool, and palm tree park that are nothing short of spectacular. The unique design of the buildings seamlessly blends into the landscape, adding to its allure. However, despite its remarkable setting, the hotel is falling short in terms of maintenance and cleanliness. Litter is often scattered around the premises, and there is a noticeable lack of upkeep. While our room wasn't dirty, it didn't meet our expectations in terms of cleanliness. Additionally, the limited provision of towels for the pool, while understandable for environmental reasons, should be consistently addressed throughout the guest experience. It's disheartening to note that the same issues mentioned in previous reviews still persist. While the hotel has the potential to be a true gem, it's being overshadowed by neglect. Taking prompt action to address these maintenance and cleanliness issues could transform it into a truly exceptional destination once again. Unfortunately, based on our experience and conversations with others, it's unlikely that we'll return. However, we hope that the management will see this as an opportunity to rise to the challenge and restore the hotel's former glory.

As I made it clear when I was staying there that even though they like to call themselves a 5* resort they are barely 3*. The beach is truly beautiful and the hotel matches its surroundings, but unfortunately it’s in desperate need of a “facelift” and their staff needs training in problem solving and general hospitality. Everyone means well but unfortunately I found that the automatic answer “No” is a go to on anything you ask and a general miscommunication between staff and forgetfulness is rampant. Would not stay there again and wouldn’t recommend it to any of my friends. Not worth the money

Excellent séjour ! Un personnel agréable et accueillant notamment le personnel de la réception, bagage et navette!! Cet hôtel est top pour le repos et se sentir dépaysé. L’hôtel reste difficilement accessible si vous n’êtes pas avec vos scooters. Pour les familles, la navette reste un bon moyen de descendre à Sairee Beach ou au port (départ du bateau, centre de plongée, restaurants, massages…)

You can swim off the beach with a snorkel mask and find one of the best reefs including sea turtles, and if you wake up early before the tour groups or are lucky black tip reef sharks too. Area was clean, and pools were gorgeous. Good breakfast but poor layout creating a few traffic jams. Also the amount of stairs or hills you have to walk is too much for some, also expect taxi to charge 400B one way

Trevlig resort som behöver upprustas.
Fin strand och fina pooler. Dock väldigt få solstolar så man måste vara uppe tidigt för att få plats. Dom öppnar för allmänheten under dagen och då blir det ännu trängre. Överlag känns hotellet slitet. Bra frukost men restaurangen för lunch och middag är inget att åka omvägar för.

Stunning beach, snorkelling, pools!!! A lovely resort. Must rent a motorbike to get around the island but the front desk helped us with this, 300 baht/day. Convenient free transfers to Sairee and back- helpful for checking in and leaving.

Hotel is located on a beach directly with an amazing view and snorkeling area. We saw a turtle there ❤️❤️ hotel provides transfer to and from the fairy,which is super convenient. I suppose it used to be a luxury resort before,now rooms a bit tired and need renovation, but still good. Food delicious and stuff is amazing and will help you always. Thank you ❤️

Es ist ein mittelmässiges Hotel, die Zimmer sind in einem eher ältern Zustand und nicht so wie auf den Fotos. Beispielsweise in unserem Zimmer konnte man die Balkontüre nicht vollständig schliessen und das Lavabo stand mittem im Raum und nicht im Badezimmer. Der Bettbezug war bereits verschmutzt als wir das Zimmer betretten haben. Die Umgebung (Pool und Strand) sehr schön, jedoch sehr unpraktisch für ins Zentrum zu kommen, da es nur wenige Taxis hat und nur drei Mal am Tag einen Shuttel ins Zentrum (1x am Tag fährt er wider zurück). Das Essen im Hotel naja, sehr teuer, wenig Auswahl und eine enorm hohe Servicegebüre. Sehr schade :(. Das Personal war freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Beautiful property, and a great placs to snorkel. There is a restaurant behind the main restaurant that has more affordable prices and the bar that rents the snorkeling has a great happy hour.

Die Anlage liegt im Süden etwas außerhalb von der Stadt entfernt. Mit einem Roller oder den angebotenen Transfers vom Hotel ist man in wenigen Minuten mitten im Zentrum. Zur Lage des Hotels, es ist ein kleines Paradies mit einem privaten und wunderbaren Strand. Das Wasser hier ist sehr sauber und hat eine wunderbare Farbe. Schwimmen und Schnorcheln bereitet hier einfach nur Freude. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und Hilfsbereit, hat man mal Fragen oder sonstige Sorgen wird einem sofort geholfen. Das hauseigene Restaurant ist auch empfehlenswert, wobei man sagen muss, dass die Preise dort etwas über dem normal Preis auf der Insel liegen und man sich auch ruhig mal trauen sollte außerhalb zu Speisen. Kommen wir zu den Zimmern, zumindest zu dem welches mir gegeben wurde. Leider war direkt vor dem Balkon eine Baustelle, sie ist jetzt nicht sonderlich lästig gewesen, aber hat dennoch den Ausblick etwas gestört. Vermutlich wird einfach gerade für die Hauptsaison alles zurecht gemacht. Die Sauberkeit war nicht überragend, an der ein oder anderen Stelle kann man sicherlich noch einiges verbessern, z.B: die Klimaanlage mal reinigen und auch mal hinter das ein oder andere Eck schauen und dort saubermachen. Dennoch konnte ich die Zeit dort genießen und würde auch wiederkommen. Zum Abschluss lässt sich noch sagen, dass das Hotel sehr Kinderfreundlich ist und es schön war mal zu sehen, dass das Hotel auch entsprechend dafür ausgestattet ist. Ein wirklich schöner Aufenthalt.

Secluded property with amazing setting, nestled amid scores of palm trees on private beach, this is the perfect place to unwind and escape the hustle and bustle. Nightlife and city conveniences are a short taxi ride away. The property also provides transportation to and from a few times each day. What to expect: comfort, tranquility, open air settings, natural beauty abound What not to expect: modern day luxury, nightlife, aircondioned spaces (other than your room). The on property restaurant has good quality food, although mostly geared towards local cuisine (expect the freshest seafood, caught daily). Western cuisine is available in the city. What’s odd: you only get one key per room. What’s amazing: snorkeling and scuba diving.

Die Unterkunft ist zu abgelegen. Wer lediglich an einen privaten Strand will und nicht ständig vom Hotel angewiesen sein will (Shuttle) Ist dort gut aufgehoben. Für uns war es nichts wir wollten was sehen von der Insel. Trotz das wenig los war hat das Personal länger gebraucht für Bestellungen.

Lækkert hotel! Godt værelse og venligt personale. Der er gode pools, lækker strand og flotte fisk, skildpadder og black tips i bugten lige ved hotellet. Helt klart værd at besøge, hvis man kommer til Koh Tao.

Frygtelig oplevelse.
Vi har rejst meget i Thailand og dette sted er det værste vi har oplevet. Vælger du Beach club og ikke resortet er du bare ligegyldig gæst. Ingen personale eller tjener smiler som man ellers oplever alle andre steder i Thailand. Godt nok er faciliteterne de samme og man deler med resort gæsterne men morgenmaden lever ikke op til forventningerne. Ville være skuffet hvis jeg havde boet i de dyre villaer på resortet. Rengøringen var elendig. To ud af fire dage havde vi ikke fået rengøring kl. 17:30. På Beach club får man også kun to håndklæder til bad. Der tilhører ikke ekstra håndklæder til værelset. Senge tøjet var beskidt og hullet. Værelset beskidt og lugtede af kloak.. Vi klagede men fik svar at sådan var det på Beach club. Der afgår shuttlebus tre gange dagligt til havnen. . Først til mølle princip så du er ikke garanteret en plads. Godt råd Bestil til alle dage ved ankomst. Der ligger intet i gå afstand så du er afhængig af bussen eller taxa. Priserne på hotellet er dyre. Vælg Kun dette hotel hvis du vil have en lækker strand. Vores værste hoteloplevelse i Thailand. Vi anbefaler ikke haadtien Beach club til andre.

The property was beautiful with great access to its private beach, and a wonderful infinity pool. The majority of the staff were great and extremely pleasant. I was very disappointed to find out that the property is not walking distance to anything which is what it advertises on Expedia.. the resort put a fence up so you cannot walk which is also not updated on google/Apple Maps. Therefore, you have to take a taxi which is 300-500 bhat.. also they don’t supply any free waters for you and you’re not allowed to bring in outside water. The main restaurant was fine and along the beach. Everything at the resort is over priced as you would assume... the worst thing was the reception - it was very disorganized and check in and check out were confusing. It would not be my first place to stay in the future.

Amazing location and amazing staff.
First stop of our trip in thailand and was the best one. The staff of this hotel is amazing and really professional. The location and the beach is perfect and the free shuttle service to the pier or other more tourist aera is a huge adavantages. Only one thing could be better is the sound isolation between rooms t and the aircon that is bit too noisy.

Ein bisschen mehr wäre gut
Super Strand mit Pudersand, Korallen zum Schnorcheln direkt vor Ort, Achtung aber wegen Ebbe und Flut, die Anlage selbst ist schön gelegen, mit dem Roller leicht erreichbar, Frühstück ist nicht der burner, aber ausreichend, Renovierungsarbeiten wären überall notwendig, wirkt alles ein wenig ohne liebe gepflegt. Ganz OK für 2 bis 3 Tage. Unbedingt einen privaten Schnorchelausflug machen, kann überall gebucht werden. Sehr positiv ist der kostenlose Shuttlebus zum Pier zu super Zeiten.

Fint hotell i fin miljö, precis vid stranden och det finns även pool. Det är väldigt kuperat med mycket backar och trappor. Bra arrangemang med transport till och från båten. Ganska långt till affärer och andra restauranger, så man behöver ta taxi eller åka med shuttle bussen, som man bokar i receptionen. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Bra frukost. Enkla men rena rum.

Wir waren 5 Tage in diesem Resort, es waren sehr schöne Tage. Die Bucht ,,Shark Bay" hat zu Recht ihren Namen, denn die gibt es hier wirklich, die Haie, die sind aber harmlos und tuhen keinen was. Und Wasser Schildkröten haben wir auch gesehen.

No geral agradável. Pequeno-almoço bom, comida no geral razoável e com serviço lento. Toalhas de WC bastante usadas e com pouco bom aspecto. A limpeza dos quartos muito básica, sendo que na nossa estadia de 4 noites a casa de banho nunca foi limpa. Infraestruturas no geral são boas, espaços exteriores muito agradáveis. A praia é razoável, estava com algumas algas que os funcionários do Hotel limpavam pela manhã mas deixavam ficar em pequenos montes na areia, o que não é aceitável visto que a praia é privada deste hotel. O Hotel dispõe de um shuttle com horários definidos que levam e trazem gratuitamente os hóspedes do Hotel ao Pier e vice-versa, ou por mais 50 baht para Sairee Beach (só na ida, na volta não está disponível).
