The staff was very helpful, especially Koko and Vivy at the reception. The complimentary yoga and cooking classes were a great experience. The shuttle service was the best — they are so efficient and helpful. The hotel facilities were very comfortable and the view is amazing. The cleaning team made a very special decoration for my birthday, which was a wonderful birthday gift. Thank you for making our vacation so spectacular.

-Beautiful Ambience -quiet enough for work -delicious breakfast (American style/ Thai style, Vegan banana pancakes) -useful shuttles every 30 minutes for tourist attraction -useful shuttle back to lomprayah approximately every 5 in a half hours -weaker sewage pump so it was advised not to flush paper and to trash it instead, staff was on top of cleaning trash very often

Lovely quiet resort with exceptional views. Great pool, overlooking the two bays. Restaurant was a bit pricey, and mediocre, but Su was a very wonderful server. Front desk was very efficient and sorted an early check-in. Ploy at front desk went above and beyond to help us out, very appreciated. Would definitely stay again.

Hotel was okay. Breakfast a little boring. Hotelrooms is old. But good view from the hotel. There is no ‘private beach’ available as mentioned on the site. For the same price I could find better and more local.

After reading some mixed reviews, I thought this property deserved a review. I want to start off by saying our room was incredible, we paid for a sea view and boy did we get it! Some of the bad reviews I’ve read complain about it being on top of a hill. This is true however the hotel run a completely free shuttle taxi service which we took advantage of everyday. You could just WhatsApp them and they would come pick you up. Around the local bay it was all day anytime up until 10pm. Then if you wanted to go to beaches further out, there were timetables. The food was nice for dinner. We had breakfast included, it wasn’t as good as other hotels we’ve stayed in on our trip, but there was still the option to have your eggs freshly cooked in front of you so we had scrambled egg/omelette on toast which was fine for us. To top it off, we checked out at 11am, we were allowed to leave our luggage there and when we came back at 2pm, they let us use the shower and then gave us a free shuttle to the pier to get our ferry! I forgot to mention on our arrival they provided a free shuttle from the pier also. Amazing service, would definitely stay again.

Room clean, hotel dated and breakfast buffet average. Long distance from town centre and few free shuttles into central area means you end up paying the hotel a lot for running their car in to the town for you

Hotel vieillissant manquant d'entretien. A fuir.

View from the pool is amazing! Rooms are clean and a shuttle service to and from the Pier (and down the hill) was a nice extra. I do feel it is a bit "past its glory days" the hotel seemed empty and the bar was never open. If you dont mind that then definitely recommend
