J ai trouvé des cafards dans la chambre, personnel pas motivé pour nous préparer le li de notre fille, alors ils ont mit un matelas trempé à même le sol ! Il a fallu que j y retourne pour leurs expliquer que ce n’était pas possible

4 Tage relaxen in Koh Tao

War ganz okay für ein paar Tage. Man benötigt ein Moped weil es nicht am Beach ist. Der Pool Bereich könnte um einiges schöner gestaltet werden. Ist halt ein wenig Thai Style.

Nice Hotel in central Koh Tao

The rooms are and smell moldy, every single one we've seen and there were five of them. The staff seems to be aware of the situation but can't really do anything about it. Everything else was quite OK, they're absolutely fine with backpackers but the smell is a no go; sorry.

Okay condition, friendly staff, room smelled a bit

People running the hotel where extremely nice and helpful although some language problems appeared which is not that rare in Thailand. The room smelled like someone had smoked in it. When told to the reception the cleaner brought us some air freshener which did not help that much. Generally the hotel as in okay condition although some updating could help a bit. The location is okay if you want to go to Sairee beach (by taxi) and extremely good if you plan to take diving course at Chalok Baan Kaok.

Bad service

We had booked 3 nights. When we arrived to the hotel the owner had not room for us. We have to sleep in other hotel one night and another 2 nights in the Toscana. The owner is not friendly. Avoid this place.

One of our best stays in Thailand

Absolutely loved our stay here! Booked 3 nights and ended up booking an extra night. Comfiest beds in Thailand so far and for a resonable price. The pool was really nice and the service was impeccable!

Good hotel with swimming pool

It's a good hotel, with a not bad condiions. The personal is nice and the localization is about 20min from the center. We use a motorcycle. They have a swimming pool.

Good Hotel

It's a good hotel, good condition and not bad cleanliness. It's on a place that you need somthig to move, motorcycle or taxi, or, you can walk about 15-20min. It has a good swimmif pool to!

Hotel propre avec une piscine. Chambre et salle de bain très spacieuses. Le restaurant était fermé lors de notre séjour et n'avons pu en profiter. Très bon accueil. Assez loin de la ville et de commerces.

可もなく不可もなし

船着場のメーハートからは歩いて行ける距離…しかし、道はかなり悪いく埃が凄いよ…これは島全体に言える事だけどね ホテル自体は古くあまり綺麗とは言えないね ベッドの寝心地も悪い…シャワーの温度も寝心地も悪い…清掃はしているが行届いてない…ベランダも汚いかな…シーツやバスタオル、バスマットは正直廃棄レベル…唯一…冷蔵庫が24h稼働してるくらいかな… タオ島にはいくがここはもうちょっといいや それとね…ホテルの前にバイク置場があるんだけど…地面が工事レベル並みに崩壊してるからね…レンタルバイクでそのPを利用するんだけどバイクの下が擦れる擦れる傷だらけになるからね！気をつけるレベルではないよ ホテル川にも直す意思は無いと言っていたよ

hotel muy bonito, pero lleno de humedad, la limpieza tampoco era demasiado y la atencion recibida ha sido basica... la localizacion permite ir a pie a las playas y cerca hay tiendas y restaurantes. lo pasamos bien y lo recomendaria.

Klockrent!! Perfekt om man har moppe. Lätt att köra till stränderna, och inte för långt in till de livliga delarna av ön. Väldigt rena rum, en fin pool och städning fick man om man bad om det. Vi bokade 2 extra nätter pga att rummen var väldigt fräscha.

Cozy, cheap and friendly hotel.

Very cozy hotel! The staff was super friendly and kind. The rooms itself were ok, quite cozy but you could tell that they were quite old. Great value for money to be honest, nothing to really complain about!

Hotel très bien placé cadre agréable et calme

Nous avons apprécié la proximité de la ville pour l'animation le soir les commerces bars et restaurants loueurs de scooters embarcadères tout en étant au calme.L hôtel a un jardin et une piscine avec une jolie vue sur la montagne boisée;l'accueil est chaleureux .

Budget hotel in somewhat disappointing state...

We chose the Toscana for its budget prices, but we were somewhat disappointed when we arrived to see the state of the place. Judging from the photos online it seemed OK, but this was definitely the less attractive hotel we stayed in during our Thailand vacation. The rooms are spacious but in need of refurbishment/upgrade. The cafe/restaurant is pricy. We payed THB 120 for a cup of tea and a coffee, which is what you can get an entire breakfast for one person in town. The pool was not inviting either. The location is not great either, but this was expected at this price.

Comfortable room

The hotel is about a 15 minute walk from the Mae Haad pier. It's in a quiet location. The room was spacious & the bed was comfortable. The wifi was good. The staff was very friendly. Nice hotel for the money.

Hidden paradise

Toscana is in really close walking distance towards prettying much everything yet tucked up a hill away from all the noise and parties. The pool is amazing, overlooking palms and the nature of Koh Tao. Plenty of privacy. The beds are very comfortable.
