Thank you for your response as we take our guests concerns seriously. I pulled the listing online just to verify and you are correct it didn't state that some of the amenities were not available. I sincerely apologize and have since rectified that. It did state the renovation and breakfast for a fee. All Courtyards have the Bistro which is open daily for breakfast and dinner. It is a cook to order pay off the menu. I would like to know more regarding the staff interaction so that I am able to correct any behavior that needs to be addressed. Thank you for your review as I was able to address a couple items that needed adjusted on this 3rd party website.

Thank you for taking the time to let us know about your experience while staying with us. I understand that you asked for 2 Queen beds. We only have 2 double beds in our hotel. I looked at our Expedia booking site where you booked your reservation and I am only seeing 2 double beds listed on the site. I would love to make sure guests are not seeing 2 Queen beds as we currently do not have queens in the hotel. Can you send me information showing it listed or a confirmation showing that you were guaranteed queens so I can make sure this does not happen to anyone else in the future. I hope you choose to stay with us again when your travels bring you back to the area.
