The air conditioner did not cool the room. Staff came and adjusted it, but it still was hot in the room all night.
The blackout curtain next to the bed would not go down, se we were up with the sun.
In the morning we found the clothes in the suitcase were wet. The A/C is above the TV, which is above platform for the suitcase. The A/C had dripped condensate into the suitcase.
I complained at check out. I was told that the guest who stayed there the night before had misadjusted the...
