"Second time staying at this hotel, and it was again an excellent experience. Rooms feel fresh and new still, very clean and have a nice warm feel. The location is very handy to the beach, nice cafes and Sunshine Plaza. It’s also perfect for people who just need a comfortable place to sleep rather than a full resort-style stay, as the rooms are on the smaller side but very well designed. Will definitely stay here again and think it’s excellent value."

"The staff were amazing. I was travelling with 3 kids. After getting mucked around from my previous hotel, Ashleigh on reception was amazing! The next day she moved our room to accomodate us more. "Great location close to everything good around Mooloolaba. Easy check in / out. Good gym & pool. Free parking onsite. Small but nice rooftop area. Good views from there & from some of the rooms. Note housekeeping is not provided but not a problem for our 4 night stay. All washing, drying, wash up etc facilities are provided in need. Good kitchen, crockery & cutlery Friendly staff & good communication before & during the stay."

"There are quite a few apartment blocks within the Oaks complex. It took us a few minutes to find the reception as it's tucked at the back. Had to call the night manager as we were told we would be texted the key safe code, after advising we probably would be arriving just after reception had closed. We didn't receive the code which was just a bit annoying. The car park space (for room 302) was extremely tight, between two pillars. Luckily our car is mid size but it's a squeeze to get in. Just something to note if you have a large 4WD. Neither bathroom had a hand towel. Not a big deal but it was just unusual. Other than that, a nice spacious, clean apartment that had everykthing we needed."
