"I chose this hotel because it was 10 min by car from Surabaya Gubeng station.
All staff that I encountered at this hotel was very nice. However it was not a hotel that I would want to come back and stay.
1. Breakfast: I personally did not think it was delicious compare to other three star hotels.
2. I stayed two nights. It was hot in the morning and I thought that the AC wasn't working so I switched a room for the second day. However the AC in the second room wasn't working on the next...

"Hab mich direkt super wohl gefühlt. Sehr zuvorkommendes und aufmerksames Personal.
Frühstücksbuffet war auch mehr als ausreichend. Konnte an der ein oder anderen Stelle vielleicht eine kleine Renovierung vertragen, aber im großen und ganzen super Empfehlung für Surabaya!"

My only minus is that there was no fridge in my hotel room and that the surrounding area around the hotek feels very unsafe at night but i cannot fault the hotel for this.
